How to play beer pong like a PRO
Black Friday Shopping
Topanga Mall, Woodland Hills, Los Angeles was definitely the place to be for this major shopping event. Below are a few of the items I collected/purchased.

He's a joyous man
Busybusybusy..... That's all I'm saying for the next couple weeks. Although the past weekend was a lot of fun, received a hard tackle right to my chest, open ice while I was staring at the puck. Unfortunately I woke up a couple seconds later, remember nothing but being choked by my own blood coming from the bite marks I all of a sudden had on my face. Basically, I was knocked out. Didn't play after that tackle so went upstairs and had myself a couple of beers to ease the pain. After that me, Casey, Megan, Cody, Alex, Alex and Casey went and saw the movie Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows: Part 1, it was so good we went and saw it again late on saturday night. Before that, we celebrated Luke's 20th birthday, all my homies came down from Santa Barbara and we partied for a while, twas great to see them all again, next time = Thanksgiving (this Thursday). Still suffering from my back pain and the concussion the tackle caused, went and spent most of today at the ER, ended up with being subscribed Vicodin...
Thursday this week is one hell of a celebration day for the Fat and Friendly Americans. Everyone gets together for a nights celebration with food like turkey and mashed potatoes with gravy, stuffing and pumpkin pie, everything being washed down our throats with heavy alcohol.
Finals are coming up and it's gonna get ridiculously busy. Next week we leave for Arizona and Flagstaff where we play NAU, leave friday and coming back sunday. Week after that we leave for Colorado on Thursday where we play CSU and are coming back on Sunday the 12th. On that following Monday, Casey and I finally take off for Sweden. It's gonna be so amazing sitting down on that flight knowing were all done with school, no more work and a break from hockey, AMAZING.
That'll be all for tonight, enjoy and get some sleep people.
Wongs, IN-N-OUT
Everyone knows about the food consumption in America and especially in the U.S. The fast food here is really convenient when you're stressing out or just have a lot to do. Well, my stomach today was filled by first, a powerbar, Wongs for lunch and In-N-Out for "dinner". It's not like it's the first time either but really, I'm in America so what else can I do?
Off topic, we're playing UCSB at home tomorrow Friday the 19th and Saturday were playing UCSB away, same time. Come check it out!
Miss my brothers in arms so badly right now, it's gonna be so amazing seeing them all again soon, about 25 days now
and I really can't help but counting the days, hours and seconds. Not that it's not exciting being here but everyone
who's been away for so long without really seeing their friends and family know what I'm talking about.
X-mas 2010
is gonna be epic. No one could ever figure out how crazy excited one could be for Christmas. Thinking about all the nights with my family and my boys, girlfriend and her family sitting and listening to christmas songs while sipping that steaming hot cup of Gloegg with a bottom filled with almonds and raisins. It's pitch black outside, you can't see anything but all the christmas lights in the windows and the streetlights, children playing in the snow while the whole family is dancing and having fun while decorating the REAL christmas tree. Victor is playing his favorite christmas songs, charlie is playing his, jon is playing his and magnus is playing his, but when we get together we never argue about what to play, we just sit there and enjoy the heat from the inside after coming in from having a snowball war or from skating on the water frozen court right up the street.
Anyways, this winter is being spent with the closest of all, Casey, family & friends and this time in Sweden, Karlstad.
If you have any good memories of past Christmases, write 'em all down in the comments.
Today, it's been a good day with school, food and chiropractor, rounding it off with some christmas songs and Casey's choice of movies; Harry Potter, this due to the pre-booked tickets I got for us for this upcoming friday to go see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 in an IMAX Theatre.
COC Cougars play UCSB home on Friday, away on Saturday so please come see us beat the asses of those wannabees.
One month away
till Casey and I finally arrive back into the holy winter-wonder-land of Sweden. We're currently just getting ready, daily, by buying new winter clothing and jackets thick as the snow itself. December 14th is knocking on the door, Landvetter, Gothenburg. Staying at my sisters and her husbands over the first night, then we'll be on our way to home sweet home Karlstad and all my family and peers. It's for sure gonna be the best winter ever, spending christmas with my family again after not having to spend it with them for 2 years in a row, and having Casey spend it with 'em all. Just saying, it's gonna be one huge party with everything titled; CRAZY FUN.
That'll be it for right now, enjoy.
Hokkey
Playing for an american college hockey team, winning our games with double digits every single time we play and while being ranked as the number 1 team in the whole nation is pretty nice. Since we're a junior college (2year school) we can't make a division higher then div3. It's not terrible but I'd hope for better and stronger opponents. If you check on our previously games we've won them with like 15-0, 13-2 etc. It's fun and we're guaranteed Nationals so I'm just stoked and excited about that one event.

Veterans Day
So tomorrow is a major celebration day for the veterans here in the U.S. No school so get to sleep in and just the thought about it drives me nuts. Had a great day which kind of opened with a skype conversation with my main pals, sitting in the middle of the cafeteria, talking to my peers from back home, it's insane how bad i miss 'em all. Anyways, I've had a little breakthrough today and finally for the first time, I'm going for journalism. So stoked and excited about the whole idea itself, you know how I love writing (charlie)..... No but seriously, I'm going for Journalism as my major but still doing Business but as a minor. This will be my final call on my future education and it just feels amazing. Changing the subject, it's down to only 32 days now, HOMECOMING is not only pounding my eardrums but it's freakin right on the door step. It's so close now and no one could imagine how excited I am to finally come back to my friends and family. Someone also told me it's gonna be the coldest winter in 2000 years, insane.

Iowa
Just returned back home to amazing cali from the hockey tournament "Clash In the Corn, Iowa". We played the nr1 ranked team in the nation (Hope College) for our first game and won with 5-3, led to news and stats about how us (COC Cougars Hockey) is now the nr1 hockey team in the Nation D3. Second game we played Wyoming College and won with about 9-0. Our third and final game we played the home team Dordt College and the bleachers were packed by nothing but what the town of Sioux Center, Iowa represents, religiousness and passion for god. I'm just saying, living in Iowa must be the worst place to live in. But anyways, we won the Cobs Cup and due to our extremely bad reputation which we completely ignored skated around the rink and celebrated the whole night long at our really fancy hotel in Sioux Center. People started gathering tables from room to room to play beer pong, one person passed out in the hallway on a night stand that randomly ended up in the middle of the corridor. One person got slapped across the face, cops showed up and told us that if he would have to return, we would all end up in jail...... It was all a lot of fun and it wasn't as bad as it sounds like. Sunday finally arrived and we we're all so freakin excited to leave cow country and return to home sweet home. Landed and was picked up by the best girlfriend in the whole world, Casey and her amazing mom. They had stopped for Crispy Cream donuts which is placed right across the street from the Burbank Airport (they literally bought 104 donuts, seriously), half of them are meant to end up at the Coffee House though.
Now I'm just sitting here thinking about returning my brand new laptop and exchange it for a 17" Macbook Pro?
Yes/No
That'll be it for tonight, sorry for not being able to blog as much, hockey has taken up a lot of time lately.
One day
left until me and the rest of the cougar hockey players leave for Iowa. Five days of constant hockey, love it. We're flying from Burbank into Omaha and then taking vans till Iowa. Were also playing the best college hockey team in the nation, Arizona State University. It's gonna be an eventful week so make sure you follow up on stats.
Over the weekend we went to UCLA on Friday and took of for Santa Barbara on Saturday morning, arrived around noon and started up the bbq with the rest of the peeps, continued partying throughout the whole night and had a blast, 'twas an amazing weekend!
Troubled water
I'm currently just finishing up at work while browsing the www for news and fun facts. The negatives of today would definitely be that of waking up and just having to deal with fighting a cold. A lot of people just don't care about that it might affect others while walking around coughing up their lungs on everything they see. But whatever, I guess it all comes down to what you prioritize during your days. Besides bsing the dilemma of being sick I have some good/bad news, both my games where cancelled this weekend so instead of leaving for Santa Barbara on Sunday we can leave with big smiles on our faces early Saturday morning. It's gonna be one hell of a weekend and for those who are all going down there, watch out for Hugh Hefner and his bunny! That's it for today so guess I'll see yall tomorrow, cheers.
Let's have a toast for the douchebags.....
Kanye Wests new album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy is being released and is gonna reach all releasing locations by November 22, 2010. It's not only gonna rock the whole world nor convert every single Taylor Swift fan into Kanye West fans but it's also gonna pro in sorting out the real douchebags, assholes, scumbags and jerkoffs, and how? well it's pretty simple... The ones opposing this legend to many as an artist is just one of them, so spread the word because it's gonna blow up in the atmosphere of golden hits.
Anyhow, my weekend was pretty nice with everything from two hockey games, late night dinner, amazing breakfasts, Paranormal Activities 2, and jackass 3D.
Played Sacramento State on Friday and won with 13-4 with two minutes on my side in the penalty box. Then we played UC Davis on Saturday night and won that game with 12-2 with another 2 minute penalty for a surprising "semi-highstick" which the "douchebag" very well deserved.
News of the week; A 18 year old Santa Barbara City College student was killed by a great white while boogieboarding the waves down in SB, we should all listen and learn from this tragedy and give this young boy a moment of silence, RIP.
Too bizarre to notice
When halloween comes knocking on our doors, the old scary stories and all the candy is being prepared to be placed next to our doors for all the freakishly dressed kids, or? not really. We prepare for the biggest party of the year and gather as many people as possible for the huge event. We dress up and all but what mostly matters to our generation is what booze, beer, and wine we wanna carry around to drink out of. Santa Barbara, Isla Vista, takes everything a whole new level for a lot of people. This is the place to be at halloween because of the constant partying they perform from the day before till the day after the actual Halloween Eve. Anyways, I'm gonna be one of the dressed up (third year), partyin people up there. Hope to see you around. Happy early halloween.
The Weekend
Finding myself in trouble with Victor my bman for not posting any sooner than today. Anyways, the last couple days have been passing by like no-time. It's been with other words a very very busy weekend, like always. Friday we all went out to Sushi after Casey's volleyball game and then we all went separate ways for the night. Saturday I worked at woodland hills and this time it was all supposed to get more crowded because of the Lakers Cheerleaders attendance. We were supposed to be their personal body guard while they would sign autographs and hand out pictures to prospective appartment owners. This was in Woodland Hills at the grand opening of KB Home's new appartment complex. I ended up walking the grounds while ben happily ended up being their personal body guard BY CHOICE.
Saturday night we had our opening game against UCSD and won with 13-2. Had two easy points and it was all basically a big joke. Next weekend we're playing UC Davis on Friday night at 7.30pm and then Sacramento State on Saturday night same time and both games at the Valencia Ice Station, you better be there.
Also had a bonfire with some people after the game on saturday and then Sunday after work I went out with the Davids to a brand new restaurant, Wokcano that's right by the mall. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend, peace out.
Emmet
Too bad I wasn't the chosen one for the role of Emmet Cullen.
October 14
Woke up, got ready, got coffee and a cream cheese bagel, went to school, met up with Casey, went to the coffee house for lunch and coffee with main man conroy 25, got back home and made more coffee (swedish coffee).
And now it's time for some more blogging. Conference call over skype with my business partner Victor while slowly sipping the steaming hot, amazing, Loefberg Lila Coffee. My game on friday was cancelled, UC Irvine and it's stupid roster ditched out for a second time but we still have our game going on the next day (10/16) against University of San Diego who are about to get completely wrecked. Check it all out at:

Here's a pic from my last trip to N.Y
Hard-working
Yeah, you probably already know what this episode is gonna be about. I'm sitting at work right now, done with all my tasks and ready to blog about it all. Actually, I'm just gonna keep the info about what I'm actually working with to my close peers, sorry folks. Anyways, Casey just dropped by and with a tall Vanilla Latte which out of all the coffee made here in the u.s, is without a doubt, my favorite one. Best place to get it at, The Coffee House. That's all for now, peace and blessins yall.
Startin new
After multiple times trying to create and expose our blog to the international crowd we finally came to the decision of a simple, new, kind of blog where people should be able to visit and comment on our daily activities. It's written and published from two completely different places in our world where Victor from Sweden, Karlstad and Marcus from Los Angeles, California are both writing on a daily basis so you yourselves can update and share our interests.
We want your comments and we would like for you to spread the word of our brand new blog to any possible crowd out there. Hope you find some parts interesting while other parts of the content can be rather unpleasant, however, if you do find it inconvenient for whatever reason, let us know and comment. And, if you would like to be more discrete, send us an email on:
